Experiencia
Required:
- Experience researching a PhD dissertation topic related to scaling processes and preferably in digital startups in Spain or Europe.
- In-depth knowledge of the scaling literature as well as the human resource challenges it involves
- Extensive experience with qualitative research methods, including data collection through interviews with founders and executives and data analysis using inductive and abductive methods.  
- Proven ability to work with large volumes of qualitative data and to abstract key insights from qualitative data independently.
- Demonstrated excellence in academic writing.
- Excellent communication skills
- Native-level English proficiency and conversational Spanish.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Willing to work in-person several days per week at the IE Tower in Madrid, Spain. 

Preferred:
- Professional experience in scale ups and other high-growth ventures
- Master's degree in a business-related field (e.g., innovation, entrepreneurship, marketing).
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or mathematics.
