HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Ability to break a problem down into its parts, think critically about each element, and use the information available to form an effective solution.

- Managing of technical documents and searching for proper information to organize and develop specific tasks.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Fluency in English (writing and speaking) with a demonstrated proficiency.

REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven knowledge on current 5G systems and services.

- Accredited hands-on experience on RF instruments, i.e. Spectrum Analyzers.

- Demonstrated knowledge on short range wireless communication systems, i.e. Bluetooth.

- Accredited experience on network security.

- Proven background on machine learning and artificial intelligence applied to 5G systems.

BENEFICIOS/BENEFITS:

The selected candidate will be integrated in the Radio Communications Research Group (GRC) of the Technical University of Madrid (UPM), so becoming a member of the staff and taking part in its activities. The selected candidate will participate in the design and deployment of experiments for conformance and validation tests on energy efficiency of 5G user equipment in the 26 GHz mmWave band. The selected candidate will enjoy the opportunity to travel abroad in order to be acquainted with and learn about activities of researching groups in other countries.

- Master's degree in Wireless Communications or similar

- Marks in the transcript of records of Bachelor and Master- English language skills
