TAREAS/TASKS:
Exploration of domain-specific custom neuromorphic computer architectures on FPGA substrates
HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS:
- Digital design with traditional (VHDL/SystemVerilog) and novel (Chisel) hardware languages.- Experience working with domain-specific computer architectures and/or CGRAs.- (Desirable) HW/SW co-design.- (Desirable) Familiarity with the open RISC-V ISA and its specifications.
CRITERIOS Y PROCESO DE SELECCION/ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS:
- Digital design capabilities of the candidate.- Past experience of the candidate in the field of computer architecture, CGRAs and neuromorphic computing.- Past experience of the candidate on digital design and FPGAs.
