Requirements
- Master’s degree in electrical, materials engineering, or similar with good grades.
- Hands on experience on the manufacturing and characterization of semiconductor devices will be a plus.
- Knowledge of fundamentals of semiconductor devices (including photovoltaic cells) will be a plus.
General Conditions
- Gross salary equivalent to official Spanish PhD fellowships (FPU): 20,000 €/year
