TAREAS/TASKS:
Computational Fluid Dynamics: mesh generation, simulation set-up, monitoring and post-processing. Modelling of hydrogen/air combustion in micromixer geometry. Implementation and development of flamelet generated manifold models for turbulent diffusion flames. Analysis of results. Writing of project reports and scientific papers.
HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS:
PhD in computational fluid dynamics, involving development of simulation codes and numerical/computational techniques and/or combustion.
Good programming skills and knowledge of CFD are required.
Expert user of OpenFOAM, preferrably for combustion.
