TAREAS/TASKS:

- Development and implementation of a Project Management Methodology for EELISA.

- Supervision of the technical, documentary and administrative management of the European project.

- Communications between the consortium and the granting authority.

- Communication with the different teams of the university, of other universities and the EELISA Alliance.

- Management for the implementation of EELISA initiatives at UPM.

- Advice on the development of the EELISA Project Portfolio.

- Contribution to the development of EELISA project activities.

- Contribution to the search for solutions that facilitate management and coordination.

- Contribution to the organization and coordination of events and meetings.

- Facilitation in processes involving different members of the university community.

 HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.

- Ability to work both individually and in a team, ease of communication and experience in interaction with the research and/or academic communities.- Strong organisational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

- Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines and problem-solving skills.

- Management of data and visualization tools and process automation will be valued.

- IT skills: 

•  Advanced use of Microsoft 365 Package.   
•  Advanced use of tools for meetings and collaborative work.   
•  Advanced use of Funding and Tenders Portal.

- Requirements: 

•  Training in Project Management. 
•  Proven high level of English and Spanish languages, and working knowledge of a third language.

REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of European Universities initiative

- Experience as a Project Manager in at least 5 European education or research projects or demonstrable participation, with some responsibility, in at least 2 European education, research or innovation projects. Especially in Erasmus + Programme.

- At least 5 years of experience at International Relations of European Higher Education Institutions.

- Knowledge of European Programmes for Education, Research and Innovation. Especially in Erasmus + Programme (European Universities).

- Training in of Project Management.

- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (PM2/PMI).

- Knowledge about International Academic Cooperation.

- Knowledge of European Education Area, the European Strategy for Universities, the European Research Area the European Agenda for Innovation.

- Years of experience in similar posts or tasks.

- Number of European education or research projects (especially in Erasmus + Programme).

- Years of experience at International Relations of European Higher Education Institutions.

- University training (MSc, PhD.).

- Training and knwoledge of Project Management Methodologies (PM2/PMP).

- International experience.

- Strong organisational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in Management of Higher Education Institutions.

- Knowledge of European Education Area, the European Strategy for Universities, the European Research Area the European Agenda for Innovation.

COMENTARIOS ADICIONALES/ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 

The salary will consider a supplement for extending the daily schedule to the afternoon equivalent of 4.670,64€
