TAREAS/TASKS:
Design and develop communication actions of EELISA at UPM in a wide range of formats including, but not limited to compiling, editing, and layout of materials (brochures, newsletters, annual reports, slides), and informational (press releases, news items) solicitation materials.
Management and organization of internal communication and dissemination campaigns
Support to administrative and project manager duties.
Design and provision of contents for regular updates of the EELISA web site at UPM and for social the EELISA web site at UPM and for social media.
Drafting of deliverables, minutes, reports and other documents.
Communication with different stakeholders and partners.
Support in the organization and coordination of events and meetings.
Contribution to the search for solutions that facilitate communication and dissemination.
HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
- Communication skills - oral (including public speaking) and written
- Ability to work in a team, ease of communication and experience in interaction with the research and/or academic communities.
- Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- IT skills: Advanced use of Excel and Microsoft Office Package; Teams; teleconferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Webex); Content management systems, graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- Proven high level of English and Spanish languages
