Experiencia
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as digital community manager or similar position
- Proved experience in multi-platform content (text, photo and video) production  
- Skills in content management systems (Wordpress), and social media platforms.
- Availability to travel to the campuses other alliance members when needed.

TAREAS/TASKS:

To support the implementation of the global EELISA 2.0 communication, dissemination and branding strategy through the creative management of EELISA social media accounts under the supervision of the EELISA Communication Officer.

To support the dynamization and production of multiplatform content and specific strategies to be applied by EELISA 2.0 Communication hubs under the supervision of the EELISA Communication Officer.

Tasks:

- Support the implementation of EELISA communication strategy in EELISA social media through weekly multiplatform calendars.

- Creative Management of EELISA social media platforms (IG, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr, Youtube) 

- Production of contents and light designs for EELISA social media and EELISA 2.0 Communication hubs.

- Development of special campaigns and promotional materials for social media under the supervision of EELISA Communication Officer.

- Support in the creation and management of narrative content for other EELISA communication channels (website and newsletter)

- Support the communication of EELISA events and calls organized by all EELISA members, EELISA Communication hubs and EELISA Communities.

- Support in the organization and execution of EELISA dissemination events and formative workshops. 

- Support in the drafting of project deliverables (analysis and statistics) related to impact of communication in social media.

- Support in the archival and tracking of communication materials linked to EELISA for reporting purposes. 

 HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS: 

SKILLS:

- Essential:  high level of English (spoken and written).

- An understanding of social media platforms, multi-media strategies and media relations. 

- Creative writing and design skills  - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in international and creative teams 

- Knowledge of digital marketing- Knowledge in video and photo editing and graphic design softwares will be valued.

- Ability to propose effective media content and strategies for social media.

- Excellent organizational skills 

- Creative and willingness to be innovative.
