TAREAS/TASKS:
Key missions:
- Support to the overall executive coordination of the alliance, accompanying and facilitating the transition of project outcomes from conception to implementation
- Alliance Knowledge management coordination and development
- Operational contact for the coordination of EELISA quality assurance and monitoring framework
- Central operational contact person for EELISA governance secretariat, working in close collaboration, EELISA communication Director, EELISA Strategic facilitator and EELISA Executive director
- Collaboration with the different teams of the University and other universities of the EELISA alliance
Tasks:
- Drafting and reviewing of project deliverables
- Drafting of protocols, minutes, reports and other documents necessary for the execution of the project.
- Monitoring of deadlines for delivery and milestones for implementation
- Management of collaboration platforms and tools and communication channels with alliance partners
- Contribution to the search for solutions that facilitate management and coordination.
HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of the Erasmus+ programme and the European Universities Initiative
- Project management knowledge and experience
- Essential high level of English (spoken and written) and Spanish. Knowledge of further European languages will be valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
- Communication and marketing skills - oral and written
- Ability to work in a team, ease of communication and experience in interaction with research and/or academic communities.
- Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Management of data and visualization tools and process automation will be valued
- Advanced use of Excel and Office Package, Teams
