We focus on Deep Tech solutions with a very high impact on the markets and/or future global challenges. We rely on a product-oriented strategy, market diversification and internationalization to achieve a sustainable growth with the aim of creating the technology of tomorrow. Our projects arise from the convergence of exponential technologies or Deep Tech: Nanotechnology and Materials, Sensors, Drones & Robotics, Biotechnology & Genetics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Technologies, Networks & Security, Digital Manufacturing.

We are looking for Research Engineer with knowledge in the field of signal processing algorithms. The successful candidate will have knowledge of processing techniques for multichannel filtering, statistics metrics and classification algorithms.

Tasks to be performed

  •  Working in a multidisciplinary team researching and developing signal processing algorithms.
  •  Modeling and simulating complete solutions to evaluate signal processing approaches.
  •  Analyzing and criticizing solutions by using quantitative metrics.
  •  Working in different research areas and different kind of applications.
  •  Participate in tasks related to new projects proposals, including planning, task estimation, design, design verification, peer review and writing, as part of a team.
  •  Plan and execute tasks in collaboration with the team to ensure project objectives are met.

Required skills, experience and candidate profile

  •  University degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Physics with knowledge in signal processing.
  •  Experience in signal processing, such as multichannel signal processing, time-frequencies analysis, blind source separation, adaptive filtering, Bayesian filtering and data fusion techniques.
  •  Experience with machine learning applied in signal processing is desirable, and it will be positively valued.
  • Proficient in using simulation tools to evaluate features of the signal processing solutions: Matlab or Python
  • Open minded and ready to be challenged with multi-disciplinary R&D projects. We are looking for someone who thrives working in multidisciplinary and ever-changing environments.
