Postdoctoral contract to work on projects dealing with the use of CRISPR systems and nanoparticles for diagnosis of Covid-2019.

Position and duties

The selected candidate will be directly involved in a research line dialing with the use of different CRISPR systems (Cas12 and Cas13), in combination with nanoparticles for the detection of Covid-19 disease. Position duties include:

• Purification and amplification of nucleic acids.
• Purification of CRISPR proteins.
• Detection of nucleic acids.

Skills required

• PhD in Biology, Biochemistry or field related to tasks.
• Molecular biology techniques.
• Experience in the use of nanoparticles for molecular biosensing.
