Demonstrated expertise managing concurrent full life cycle project development - ideally for start-ups and medical devices.
Experience coordinating complex cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables that adhere to budgets and schedules.
Expertise with managing resource requirements and employee utilization.
Expertise leveraging project management to develop and maintain detailed project schedules that meet stated objectives associated with cost, schedule and specifications.
Project management experience in a regulated industry a plus (such as working within ISO 13485 and 9001)
Demonstrated experience with tools such as Risk Analysis, time and budget tracking, scheduling, prioritization.
Excellent written and verbal skills. Must clearly communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and senior management regarding technical details and projects status.
Good organizational, multi-tasking and team building skills.
Strong Project Planner user, understand dependencies, critical path.
Bachelor's degree or considerable experience in a technical discipline is preferable.
Project manager experience in a product design environment and ideally with expertise in medical device product development.

The functions that will be carried out by the people who join are:
- Identification of possible financing channels: regional, national and international.
- Develop, define, prioritize and execute project plans, schedules, tasks, issues, budgets and deliverables.
- Review and analyze complex, integrated project data and information to provide status updates, insights, conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable identifying risks and clearly communicating them with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Advise the product engineering team on decisions regarding which deliverables are critical to the success of the project and prioritize accordingly
- Schedule and lead team meetings, draft agendas, and capture and distribute meeting minutes.
- Draft comprehensive reports and make oral presentations to advise management and clients of critical constraints, assumptions, risk tradeoffs and progress. Assist the project team in the completion of deliverables. Document and post the results of deliverables.
- Aid project team for logistics and administration of shipping, purchasing, etc.
- Preparation, drafting and presentation of R+D projects to request funding from the Public Administration (CDTI, SME, investors ...) and for the management of Fiscal Incentives for R+D activities.
- Monitoring of R+D project justification process
- Coordinate certification processes by accredited entities (e.g. IEC 60601 and ISO13485).
- Request for Motivated Reports to the financial entities and investors.
- Generation of new business opportunities, inside and outside the company's portfolio.
