TAREAS/TASKS:

The researcher and/or student would approach the problem from a dual perspective, combining experimental tests with a scale prototype of the hydrogen tank, where the evolution of different fluid dynamics and thermal variables would be measured during the sloshing, alongside CFD calculations using different methods (finite volumes and Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH)).

HABILIDADES-CUALIFICACIONES/SKILLS-QUALIFICATIONS: 

Mechanical/aerospace or naval engineer:

• Good knowledge of Physics, Fluid Mechanics, and Thermodynamics.

 • Solid programming skills.

• Good level of English and ease with experimental work.

REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

European passport.

CRITERIOS Y PROCESO DE SELECCION/ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS:

Once all the applications are sent. We will classify them according to a the academic background, with special attention to the subjects related with Maths, Physics, Fluid Mechanics, computational skills and Thermodynamics. We will also take into account their professional experience, master programmes, papers published and experimetal and computational background.Once a final ranking is elaborated, we will have online interviews with the 4-5 top applicants for the selection of the final candidate.
