Técnico de Laboratorio
DESCRIPTION
The technician will provide technical support to the research group's activities in the machining workshop to manufacture (i) specimens for mechanical tests and (ii) manufacture parts to assemble sample holders/mechanical stages of their own design that can be adapted to carry out in-situ tests in different instruments, such as the scanning electron microscope or the X-ray tomography system.
REQUIREMENTS
Vocational Training in machining (Ciclo formativo de grado medio en Mecanizado) . Por favor, los candidatos deben ceñirse a la formación académica indicada .
Experience in machining Ni-Ti superalloys and composites with both machine tools and hand tools. Domain of lathe, milling machine and grinding machine. Machining knowledge adjusted to test standards.
Use of Aspire CAD-CAM software. Handling of FreeCAD computer design program.
Basic level of English.
Candidates must be:
- Be over 16 years of age and under 30 years of age.
- Be registered as an unemployed job seeker in one of the employment offices of the Community of Madrid.

This contract will be funded by the Call for grants for implementing the INVESTIGO programme within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan - funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
